Bermuda
Characteristics: Performs well in full sun, Fast growth rate, Creeping grass, Good recovery from traffic, Dormant in winter months. Tifway 419 has excellent weed and disease resistances. 419 has a dark green color, and is used for home lawns, fairways, tees and athletic fields. TifGrand The first shade tolerant Bermuda. It has superior insect resistance and fewer seedheads than other varieties. TifGrand: is a darker green than Tifway.
Zoysia
Characteristics: Performs well in sun or shade, slower growth rates, creeping grass, Dormant in the winter months. Meyer Zoysia has medium leaf texture, good cold tolerance and spreads more rapidly than other zoysia. Dense turf prevents weed invasion, partial shade tolerant.
Fescue
Characteristics: Fescue performs well in shade with partial sun. Blended from three proven performers to specifically meet the difficult demands of southern lawns.
